It was quite a depressing situation due to political chaos and the upcoming election on the constituent assembly in Nepal, which is scheduled for Nov. 6, 2007. This has been Dan Juma’s realization for the past one and half years. Dan, Class of 2006 (International Law and Human Rights) has over the last seven months been the interim Deputy Executive Director of the Kenya Human Rights Commission, in Nairobi, Kenya.

She currently resides in Washington, DC, where she works for the World Bank. |
