What is a Upeacebuilder?

A Upeacebuilder is a graduate of the United Nations mandated University for Peace. He/she is uniquely equipped with practical knowledge, skills, relationships, and resources to address the mounting threats to peace in the world today. Each UPEACE alumni applies his/her expertise at every level of the global community, from local activism and civil society-building to leadership in government agencies and the United Nations. In doing so, UPEACE alumni actively, collaboratively, practically, and innovatively build peace and that is what makes them Upeacebuilders.
